Added the app and cannot only not get these $2 rewards, cannot tap the email to get the birthday meal...legit too, today is my birthday.

Okay, I’ll ‘bite’.... $6.00 in credits (3x $2.00). Can we use the $6.00 all at once or only one credit of $2.00 per separate visit(s) during the 7 day period? And... if it’s the latter, at $2.00 per visit, what can you get besides a drink for $2.oo?
