I never knew he was born in Zanzibar.......he's very interesting....a shame his life was cut short.....he was so talented.....such a loss....:(

OMG - that is the ONE greatest regret of my musical self - not ever having been able to see such a talented group and increduble frontman perform live...doe any other Mercury fans out there, LOGO was showing a documentary chronicling his impressive life. Well worth watching...
