I get this error just by attempting to register. I emailed them last week and have not heard back from them yet
 
has anyone picked theirs up?? Where do you go? to customer service counter?? I just don't want to look like a fool....I keep forgetting to stop until I get home!! then I walk in the door and thing Crap....I should have stopped at Krogers..lol

I haven't gotten a chance to go and get it yet, the Kroger near me closed down and the other one is waaaay on the other side of town. :doh:

The credit is literally loaded onto your Kroger card if you put it in when registering for the contest. We got ours a couple of nights ago and we just picked it up and took it to the checkout line, rang it up with everything else and it was automatically deducted. Pain free and it's a rather nice bag. Thanks for the original post. ;)
 
Thanks for the post, had no issues, just have to go pick it up next time I hit the store. :teeth:
