hmmm... just wondering if you signed up using this link, and they don't ask for your e-mail address on it - how are they going to send the survey to us to get the $15.00?

I got a call today from them about the survey, asking me if I had received the product and for my email address. The girl was very nice and said that they were having trouble retrieving the email addresses, and that I should get the follow up survey in a few days. FYI the number came up on my caller id as 1-800-Service

got a letter in the mail today with the web site to enter to get the 15 dollar reward.it has the id and group number at the end of it so im thinking its not gonna work for anyone else.
