I never will understand why I can rep some and not others.

welcome spice!! I just recently joined...its fun and pretty easy at first...then the spoofee gawd attack and everything gets crazy and ya cant figure out how many and who you can and cant rep...first few days i just kept a running list and tried to get as many as I could...I cant rep anymore today (curse of the spoofee gawds) then I was just trying to tag the ppl who were nice enough to get me and now its just hit and miss...I'll try to get ya in the morning....did any of that make sense...? I think you are supposed to rep the last ppl who posted...heck I dunno...its fun to be confused and its a total party in my head...I need sleep and I am rambling...
