Suicidal? Need Help? Ask for free Suicide book

I recently asked my boyfriend if we were sick somehow for being able to joke rather crudely about suicide. He didn't get what I was asking, so the question went by the wayside. It stayed on my mind though, until I had a realization: it's gallows humor. It's the levity that lets us deal with my history of suicidal depression, lets us know that it isn't now, and we're ok, and we're going to be ok.

That being said, if I have to make a "donation" in order to get a book shipped to me to help when I'm suicidal, I don't think I'm going to make it.
 
One of my best friends killed herself when we were in high school. I wish I had known that she was so depressed. :sad:
