Yeah it's from staples. Looks like the images aren't available anymore at imageshack so I've put 'em here:

It's the kind of thing you'd want to call the 800-3-staple number for and ask for a zip code inventory search. Very ymmv just like the original desk for $9.50 which is buried in the "over five" list. Sorry I assumed staples as the default; should have proofread.

yea the bandwidth had been exceeded so I couldnt view the pics but they have been uploaded to a diff. host now, and if you look, the dates started as early as 5/17 on some, doesn't look like much hope for getting any of these items, I called the 1-800-3-staples number to see if my store had any of these in stock and she said it was all out, that the items had been discontinued, bleh
