ok done deal.. i know why it wasnt working. I copied and pasted the account number and there was a space at the end i didn see.
 
It might have a software update to play PS2 games soon.

It should play divx & also stream Netflix films.....
 
Well, I'm in for one after I figured out you aren't supposed to use Sony Financing to enter the card number! duh. On the topic of playing streaming content, I found a couple references to PlayOn - software you can buy that does just that with Hulu, Youtube, and Netflix. Anyone actually seen this in action?

Hey, this is my first spoofee post - been lurking for years and found lots of great freebies and cheapies thanks to all you guys. I got the PS3 about a month ago (many thanks to whomever was the first to post this:claps:) and today got my bill from my new creditcard from the Chase card I had to sign up for. To my great surprise there was $150 credit on the account and I was set up for zero interest. That was, wait for it...... AWESOME!!!!! Yeah the PS3 doesn't play PS2 games, but that isn't what I wanted it for anyway. Thanks SPOOFEE folks, keep it up. :teeth:
