actually all the kids will be in school, so that's when i'll probably go back for my master's (economics) or get a teaching credential. and i'll have a curio FULL of marathon medals by then!!

how did you meet your spouse/significant other?
 
He was the new kid in school and started dating my best friend in high school (we were all sophomores). She broke up with him after 2 weeks and a short time later, while she was on vacation, we kinda got together. She returned and told me she wanted to go back out with him. I was like "umm, ahh . . I have something to tell you." We've been together 12 years now!

How did you know he/she was "the one?"
 
I'm not sure he 'is the one' but it's working out great for almost 3 years. I was married for 7 seven years before this, thought he was the one but it didn't work out.

You are stranded on a island for a year, what ONE possession do you take with you? And it can't be your husband/wife either ;)
