Cardinal, I just wrote saying that I had been looking forward to trying their products, and was disappointed the samples hadn't arrived yet, could they please check when they were sent? They wrote back saying they sent them out mid-November (doubtful if neither of us got anything in response to the 1st email!) and were sending them out again that very day. The email and envelope were both dated Dec. 5th so they got on it right away--I think the 2nd email did the trick! Hope it works for you.

Yeah, that's what it felt like! I even insisted on showing them to DH even though he has absolutely no interest in my beauty product obsession! LOL

We routinely sign up for sooooo many things that never show up, it's so nice when something exceeds your expectations!

I just sent them another email about 30 minutes ago. I was very nice about it and also said I was very interested in trying their products and told them about all of my skincare needs then summed it up by asking them if they could please send me an email just letting me know one way or the other.
I really want to try their products, I am just not willing to spend alot of money unless I know how they will work on my skin. Thank you again, Drifa, and I will keep you posted! But, I am so glad you got yours, that is awesome!! :claps: BTW, Thanks again Joyce for post.
