Pricing Mistake - Xbox 360 Hard Drive for $14.99

Walmart sent out a Corp. memo to all Walmart stores

I went to two Walmarts this afternoon for the price match. The 1st store was sold out and the 2nd store told me no. Just this afternoon the corp. office sent a memo to all stores not to price match this item due to typo in the Sears ad.
 
i didn't try sears but i took the actual sales ad to Wal-Mart and they price-matched it...try it, most likely they won't know that it was a typo..

good luck. We tried this last year with a typo kmart had for a ps2 game and walmart knew it was a typo and would not honor it.

i wonder if this worked in the bay area in california. :X i would have gone price matching the whole day
 
Legally they don't have to give it to you since they have those stupid disclaimer stuff that say how typos will not be honored. If you make a big scene about it, that just makes you look like a low-class argumentative assh_le. It'd be even worse if your co-workers or friends saw you.

umm...if other ppl have the balls to do it, why are you guys getting jealous, and also, if you guys think its ridiculous to save a buck, why are you even on this site? don't judge other ppl if you think it is wrong, keep your opinions to yourself.

ps: i went to cc and bb and both said no, went to walmart...they ran outta stock. o well

Excuse me for confusing this site with a forum! I know better now! </sarcasm>

I had hoped that the members here knew the difference between saving a buck and ripping someone off... :unlove:

I fear for the person who ever turns their back upon you...
 
we're getting torn apart here... Everybody has their own way of going through life. I am sure trying this deal out won't hurt anybody or any corporation. They won't even feel the bite. After all do you know how much profits those company make from purchasing products from countries with cheap labor. The countries that these products are made from, workers get paid like $50 a month. The product that gets made at around $5 inturn sold for $50-100 here in the U.S. Now think who's ripping whose off. If I have $100 for every $5 I invest I would be a multi-millionaire. Now think about those corporation pouring billions of dollars into those countries. Their profit is just unimaginable...
