My advice

I'm new here but I thought I'd comment on your headers, Pichy. I think they are getting there but they still need to be reeled in a little. They work best as splash screens because they take up so much real estate. It's important that things like this be eye-catching enough to grab the viewer but also concise enough to say a lot with a little, as well as be universally applicable on banners and print without loss in communication. The little money character is pretty nice but I think he would be be much more powerful in a vector style of solid colours. It's apparent that you are an illustrator first and a designer second. Concision is the key here.

Anyway, that's my two cents for now. I just found out about this today and I think I might put together some submissions. Is it too late now?

well a designer i am an illustrator im not. all logos that i make are made in photoshop..... usually they are used on business cards and website banners and so forth............all i know is mostly PS
well sorry but i tried. and i think i didnt to too bad...if i only knew how to use Adobe illustrator the same way i kno PS....damn :cry:

My mistake, Pichy. I didn't mean to be presumptuous.

Mistakes aside, Illustrator isn't that hard to use. It's just a different way of thinking. The best thing to do is just to get Illustrator and just use draw in it for a while. Do tutorials and stuff. I used to really love photoshop and dislike Illustrator but when I just spent time messing with it, I realized how truly powerful Illustrator is. Photoshop is great and so is Illustrator, but the best thing is to be able to use them in combination. It's also pretty beneficial to know InDesign also, as I'm sure you know. If you ever need any help with Illustrator, let me know. I'd be glad to help you out.

thank you i apreciate that....btw i do have illustrator i just dont kno how to use it....lol to tell you the truth the onlything i can do is write.....i dont know how to draw in it at all...... :cry:

Love #6, the slogan with the eyeballs, this is very nice and I think it goes with what they are trying to do with the $ in there! Great job!

just wanted to say goodluck to everyone now that there are 2 days left.. there is really some good stuff here and you all did a good job making the logos. its tough to say who will win, i actually feel bad for the judges lol... thx to spoofee.com for letting us do this it was fun......
