I just went to the site and took the survey. This is the message I got @ the end.

Did this ever work for anyone? I took the first survey and then nothing.... and this was months ago.
 
I received my $20 gift certificate yesterday. I had emailed them like a week ago to find out the status and they replied with it.

I had totally forgotten about this and seeing this post reminded me that I never got the reward for answering the surveys either! Thanks for the reminder! I just emailed P&G to ask about my gift certificate.

If it wasn't for you guys who are super organized I would probably miss out on a lot of things because I don't keep track.

I did the first survey in May, so it hasn't been three months for me yet. Hope I get the second survey sometime in August.
 
If you click on "No" you will be taken to the survey, if you click on "Yes" it tells you thank you.
