I know can you believe JMB had the nerve to ask that kind of question. He probably has a $.25 off coupon he wants to know if you will double for him too. You are worth every penny you charge and he is wanting to use a coupon to save a few cents. :thumbs_do

Okay - the breakfast....

My Mom always made big meals so we always had left overs. She would fry the left over pasta in butter and add scrambled eggs to it for breakfast (to use up the left overs). Now getting creative...you could add a dash of onion powder or some ketchup (on the plate) ....mmmm.... over the years I've gotten more creative with it...sometimes cheese (american or whatever)...but my favorite is with cheese and bacon bits. (Heat the pasta, apply the cheese {let it melt} scramble the eggs mixing in the bacon bits, pour over hot pasta w/cheese, continue to cook as usual.)

While talking about the 'spaghetti and eggs' with my sis-in-law, she said it was horrible! That my bro made it for their fam and no one liked it. She said the noodles were cold and it was gross.... Hence, my bro did not know the secret...you must FIRST fry the pasta in butter/margarine until it's hot ;) That makes all the difference.

we eat pasta a LOT around here (runner's diet ;)) -- i'm gonna try that tomorrow morning and will let you know! thanks, precocious
 
Sophie would LOVE that, preco. She is a HUGE pasta fan. Luckily she's very active and the swim team practices every day.
