How can you wait a whole week to watch it????????????????
I cant stand to wait from one Wed to the next! NOw that we dont have DVR we plan our Wed's to be home to watch it - we are so glad they moved it to ten. When it was still on at 9 and we would miss it - we would stay up and watch it when it came on the West coast at midnight!

Sharon - no worries about missing an episode here and there - you know they always recap!!!!!!!!!!!!! Glad you enjoyed that pic!!!!! ;)

You have to have watched it from the beginning to know what's going on. I watched the first season on DVD or I probably never would have gotten it to it. I have to admit watching it from week to week isn't as good as watching it straight through on a DVD but now I'm hooked on the show.

Listen to this.....I was at Sam's Club w/ a return yesterday. This sweet little old lady gets in line behind me. We were talking about her grandkids and the upcoming holiday. Like five minutes pass and we are still in the same spot so she starts complaing about that. Then she goes on about how there is always one person working....in fact the three other places she went to that day all had only one person working. She was starting to get agravated at this point...so she says "where is everyone? They are probably all in the back wh***ing off". :jaw: It took everything I had to stop myself from laughing. She quickly corrected herself and laughed it off.

I worked in a little country store in our township - I called it "Mayberry of the 90's" One of my neighbors, also an elderly lady, came into to pick up a few things and at checkout was talking to me and my friend. As she got ready to leave she said "Ok girls you have a good night, and remember to keep your legs together!" :faint:

Almost? I almost did something once, but I never did it. Youll regret it the rest of your life. She couldve been your soulmate and now youll never know. YOu two couldve fallen in love, but you never gave her the chance. Thats sad. Im sorry you missed out, butty.

Hugs are always good, but, watch your purse and wallet! :) A Jeb Stuart update......just signed up the demon dog for Dog Obeidence Classes! There just went one hundred and fifty dollars out the window! :( Gotta love the little cavalry man!

Well LS, the way I look at it.....she could have been one of those sweet old ladies that prey on other people's kindness. She could have been going after my purse.
The way I look at your other "theroy  " is that if it was meant to be...i'll run into her later on. Just my two cents!:money:

That money will be well worth it if Jeb actually learns to listen. We keep dogs for friends sometimes, and one dog we had was AWFUL!!! He chewed half of our house up (my son couldn't play in the floor cause the dog would chew the toys). He bit all the time, and he never would stay when we took him outside (and he would NOT have a leash-- he just chewed it constantly and wouldn't use the bathroom). He used the bathroom all over the house too. It was not a fun 2 weeks with that little puppy- his owners ended up giving him away....
This past week, we kept a chihauhau (sp) named Bagel, and he is the best dog!! He listens so well, no accidents in the house, and never bites or chews on stuff. We actually miss this dog! Hope everything works out well for Jeb and yourself so you can have a much more relaxed home life.:)

Btw, did you ever catch up on your sleep?

Help my cats are eating me alive!!!!!!!!!

Oh wow! Demon Dog for sure, but if training is started early, they do for the most part learn to be good pack citizens. Sadly a lot of folks just give up, don't want to put in the time, or lack the financial resources to spend on the animal. Jeb has been walking on a leash since I brought him home. For the most part, he will "walkie" but sometimes he plunks down, and, refuses to move! STUBBORN! So, I drop the leash and run, and, he comes on after me. He knows to "sit" and when I walk him, I make it a point to step in front of him, making him get behind me, then making him sit. It establishes me as the alpha pack leader. He does retrieve toys back to me, he knows his name, and is potty trained more for indoors than outdoors since he is more of a toy breed and the Island here has a high mosquitoe population. I do indeed walk him in an attempt to get him to poopy outside, but in five weeks, he has YET to go, but that is really ok by me. I do see an aggressive streak in him, thus the classes. Best to get some help now than later. Jeb is very intelligent, curious, and, independent so I have to work along with that personality. Another annoyance with Jeb is he is a "jumper" so the command "no jump" and a firm "down" are in effect. Manners, it is all about good manners! If I had to give Jeb a "grade" now at four months, it would be a solid "B-" with more work to be done. Rude and aggressive pets just make for miserable living in a family. One of my biggest problems is that I am very soft spoken. For me to take it up a few decibels is difficult but trust me, Jeb is bringing out the "mouth from the South" tactic! I have learned to be firm and forceful if necessary, not shouting or hollering, not my speed, but, he knows when Mommy means business! Even then, he has noooooo problem challenging me. A mean Shih Tzu is very hard to handle, and most are put down or end up in a Shih Tzu rescue shelter if they are lucky. Thank goodness I do not have little ones around, and, the nearest neighbor with kids are located acres from me. Jeb is better suited to adults.

Thank you so much for asking about my sleep. It is slowwwww in coming. A good friend of mine had quadruple bypass surgery, so I flew into BWI, came home, unpacked, saw my family and dog, and the next day headed over to D.C. to the hospital. Phew what a week! Glad to be home in my own bed! :)
