Just being the 'devil's advocate'....according to the video....'factcheck.org' has a conflict of interest for him........

I do not know if that is true, I just repeat that argument at 'face value'....:noidea:

I'm one of the crazies who believe it doesn't matter. The race is rigged, smoke and mirrors, etc. The "smart money" has already determined who's going to win. It must instill a feeling of pretty great power in those who are able to manipulate an entire nation. All the gaffs, "revelations", oops remarks, controversy and such are all part of the script. The entire financial meltdown didn't just "happen" when it did. It happened to help clinch the election.

Yet, fool that I am, I still have a wish and hope that my vote will at least help determine the "lesser of two weasels". hwell:

I did see that copy....however, from what I heard to settle the suit brought against him (this aspect), he needed a certified/legal copy/original....which he has yet to produce.

Actually, the court has made no findings at all. Though the court will toss this case out pretty soon.

This is according to what this 37 year practicing attorney from PA claims......:noidea:.....sounds crazy.....but who knows....:noidea:

Now, do I believe that Obama is a hidden sleeper cell? No, I do not.

Do I think he's hiding the fact that he's a 3 legged billygoat? No, I do not.

You don't have to. Though if Obama made a Republican Secretary of Defense, would you be against it too?

It has not gone to trial yet......they are attempting to exhaust their legal options to get the suit thrown out. However, nothing in good faith has been presented neither.

And if another lawyer said it was crazy... would you care?

I only pointed out some of his qualifications to show that he's not some quack attorney right out of law school. I think a long term respected lawyer gives more validation to the case. No?

I honestly think there's something in the documents that Obama does not want known to the public......bringing the suit where there could be reasonable doubt or question only serves to flush out what exactly is being concealed by not showing these documents...... In other words.....the documents aren't going to tell us that he's not a 'natural citizen' but something else that is being hidden.

I don't do 'party lines'.....I judge a person on their merits, etc.

It is funny you say that because on the document that was linked on the first page of the thread, it reads: "This copy serves as prima facto evidence of the fact of birth in any court proceeding."

So that would seem to say otherwise.

Headlines? Last time I checked this "issue" isn't headlining newspapers. The volatile markets and downing economy is.

Accountable for what? A few people that want to believe he was born outside of the United States? There is no evidence he was born outside of the US. There is state certified evidence that he was born in Hawaii. What else do you need?!
