That's only a little over a week. I'm sure they got bombed with requests. I have always received samples from them in the past.

I think they may be out of the extra samples. They had them before when I ordered, but I have seen others say they didn't get the option to order them either.

I called them today, and they definitely have my order, but said they have over 100,000 requests and that it will take some time to get all the samples out to everyone. The lady said figure at least three to four more weeks from today.

Thanks, Pat. Usually we get them in 2 days, guess that was getting pretty expensive for them. You can print out and get it at the store, also. Sephora, Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom's.
