I just found something I wanted and it's back to 15% cashback. =(
 
It fluxes back and forth... probably because of weekend.. i am waiting too.. for 25%.. hopefully it'll come back soon

The live.com cashback for ebay is back with 30% off now! Looking at the terms and conditions they have also raised the limit to 6 per ebay account.

I used this in July/August and already got the cash back from the July purchases. Just takes some patience but it worked well.
