Marie Claire Velvet Rope Product Test

I cant get the form either guess i dont have the right program
 
Same here -i can open but cant write there anything but can print.I email them and ask if i can print and mail the form to them.
They keep sending to me same email with same file.So look like i no get it.
 
I printed it, signed it, scanned it and emailed it back just now. When I sent it back, I got the same email about filling out the consent form. It is an auto reply. Maybe they will respond to you tomorrow when someone is actually in the office.
 
I'm sure I didn't do it right--I never signed it--just typed in my name and address. Wish DH were here to assist, but I will enjoy this quiet time nevertheless with or without Veet.
 
I just received the scope t-shirt in the mail (71 winners ARV $10)! I think it is so cute!!
 
I got the scope shirt yesterday too but unfortunately it's the wrong size :( Did everybody get a medium?
 
How long does it usually take to hear back from them once you have sent in the consent form? Anyone received a response?

Glad to see I wasn't the only one having problems! I also printed, signed, scanned and emailed it back..TWICE!.....but got the auto reply mail with the consent form again. :thinking:

I think it's an auto reply..think they've gotten it! We'll have to see what happens!
 
I did get an e-mail about this again from them last week. It seemed to have better instructions, but I recall that it MUST be signed and then witnessed. Forgot to do it over the weekend. It would appear that they are still doing this product test and it's not too late to get in on it. Check your e-mails. And, congrats, JB, on being the only one (so far) who was able to figure this out.

I honestly didn't think it would come because I sent it multiple times and every time I did I received another copy of the original email from them.
Unlike the Scope/Crest PT... this isn't in its finished product packaging. It came with two pages of info, one is a "Dear Velvet Rope Club Member" letter with info about taking the survey on November 23rd and the other is ingredients/precautions/exclusions/directions (the date on the top of the second page is dated "28/09/2009".).
 
Got mine too! I was surprised when I open the mailer and thought maybe it had gotten lost in the mail and was just now coming to me but then I read the paperwork and the survey isn't until november. :teeth:
 
I just received the follow-up survey for this. They are giving away a Marie Claire cosmetic case to 50 random participants for completing it. :)

Is the Veet survey link user specific? I did the PT but have not received the survey yet.
 
Just got an e-mail about a PT for John Freida hair color. They will select 50 people to try the product. Check your e-mails from the Velvet Rope Club and complete the survey.
