I emailed and asked for mine and someone actually replied saying "You can leave that part blank" so I mailed it off today :)

I hope we all get in on this and win one of the 25 gifts :teeth:

Good to know, since I mailed mine on Tuesday night! I left out the # also. Maybe we should organize a "shave-in" party (or "non-shave-in"), and all use our Veet together. Hope we all get the product, survey and gifts! Good Luck, everyone.
 
Got my neighbor to print this up. Gonna put it in the mail today. Hope it's not too late. I do want to try this
 
I also received mine yesterday and i too am having difficulties in opening the form.:verysad:
 
man I wish they would have a new sign up form!! I guess this was before my spoofee time LOL keep us posted if they every want new testers...
 
Could someone do me a huge favor and post the form that needs to be sent in for this? I got it as an attachment in an email from marie Claire, but for some reason I can't access it.

I want to be a part of this, but without the form I can't.

i was looking in the august issue of marie claire and i saw an ad for "join marie claire velvet rope club" and i went to the site and there was nothing there. like others have said it must be full or just closed. marie claire mag. is getting to be annoying like lucky mag.

Just received an e-mail from them to complete the survey. Since I never got the product, as soon as I told them that (first question), it sent me to the entry page for the 25 gift sweepstakes (says $15 value). Did anyone get this product--they said we should have gotten it about two weeks ago?
 
never heard anything back from them, guess I was too late getting the waiver back
 
I mailed the waiver back the day we all registered and never heard anything further? I haven't received the product or a follow-up survey at this point.

Same here...I sent the waiver back and got the survey email today--never did receive the product??!!:confused::confused:
