They told me the form is valid and still qualify even if the name is different on the form.

prncssnish said:Well...after getting nowhere with the idiots at the rebate center I decieded to call the corporate number and complain. I asked to speak with someone in the complaint dept. and the first woman I spoke with honored the rebate. I think you should all try it. There is NO reason that they won't honor the rebate. There is sonthing on the form that specifies you must purchase the bundle from one place or that others are excluded.

I also received a rejection letter from them and upon calling the rebate center they didn't honor the case at all - instead constantly threatened to disconnect the call. Poor attitude. Need to teach them a lesson.

You need to call back the rebate center @ 800-268-0527 to re-instate your rebate - the problem has been fixed.
also, the rebate is time sensitive and if you do not call to re-instate it, they will not automatically honor it!
The rabate center also gave me a tracking number and to track the process of my rebate at their website www.web-rebate.com
Let's hope this problem is solved! :claps:
