Just an update, my package has now been considered lost and a claim has been filed on this shipment. I talked to a CS rep earlier today and she told me that she gets many, many calls about packages being lost. She said that she feels so sorry for all the people who have had packages lost because of DHL and their unsatisfactory practices, but she needs to have the job.
On to another problem, the place I ordered the part from has shipped me a new part. Once again the package looks like it is headed in the same direction as the other one, lost. It is supposed to be delivered tomorrow(Thursday), but the tracking info is showing it as just being picked-up in North Carolina but not as being received in the distribution center. I cannot believe this place.
