I think you need a few more posts before you can PM. Then, you just click on the person's name and it will be an option in the menu.

It's an e-mail sent to you. You click on "Get Coupon" and you will get a coupon for a free box or a $ off cpn when they run out of the free ones. Kraft does it with a lot of products, so there are other threads here as well for these invites.
