Makes me wonder why they don't just cash them in at the store. Some states require that a store turn them into cash if asked to.

Only a handful of states require that. I worked at JC Penney about 10 years ago before electronic gift cards. If someone came in with a $100 dollar paper gf and bought a 99 cent pair of socks, we had to give them the change in cash.

usually the savings aren't 30% when u buy on ebay. More like 10-15% at best. I have sold a couple of itunes gift cards on ebay so it is a good way to save some cash though.
