Rec'd an email from mypoints.com today with $5.00 code in it.

This was the subject line of the email:
"$5 Instant Savings on 1,900 magazines of your choice, plus 250 Points‏"

Thanks, I would've never thought to use that code in the mypoints email as well!
 
Does this only work through My Points? I ask because I have an e-mail directly from magazines.com with a $5 discount offered with a code, but I see nothing about cashing that in for a check. Maybe this is not what you guys got?

Yes. I went there and entered my code, but it did not work--it was a coupon code, not a cash card code. I'm just wondering if I even get the magazine thing from My Points. Now I'll look more closely next time.

I wish I'd get this--I've now gotten a few $5 codes, but they weren't good for cash--just discounts.
 
got that email today as well... but it had the same code that they sent last month in it..
