Google - Help and Get Up To $10+

It depends on a lot of factors... what if the business is 1/2 mile from my house & I can do 3 in one shopping center. I am spending $.50 for gas (probably less), I think each place may take only 15-20 minutes to gather information and snap the picture. So I work an hour, come home enter all the info & upload pics... Another 30-40 minutes I am guessing. I am making $30 (assuming the business verifies their info) for less than 2 hours work. That isn't bad for part time/extra money. I do mystery shopping... and this sounds much easier and more straight forward. I also take surveys. The paid ones that I get are few & far between & only pay $5. This seems like a good gig for someone who would like to bring in an extra $50-$100/week? I sure hope I am picked & it is as dreamy as I am imagining it :) Thanks for posting it!!!

but you are assuming that you will get $10 for each...it says up to....This sounds like a great job for a HS or college student

The breakdown of fees are - Google pays $2 per business that YOU (the independent contractor) submit information about & then once the business verifies that the information you submit is correct, you get an additional $8. That is why I wrote "assuming the business verifies their information"...This also assumes you enter all the information accurately. You don't get paid (80%) unless the business follows up w/google to verify their information. They have 3 ways to do this & I think google encourages them to do so... so I don't think it will be too hard for them to follow up & verify (I think they mentioned that they send a post card, email link & maybe one other way?). It still seems fairly easy to me & I hope I get picked!!!

Maybe a dumb question...do I pick the businesses or does Google?

Anyone doing this?

I applied on the day it was posted on spoofee and haven't heard anything back yet, has anyone else? I'm looking forward to this because i figure the key is to do a lot of businesses at once and i live right next to a large shopping center.

i just got picked... nothing like waiting 6 months to offer me the "job". i am still excited to get started ;)
