I just received the email for this and submitted, but it gave a "Thank You" submission screen with "error page....", too - I hope it went through!
 
I never, ever get an email from them for the surveys but when I sign in it always there waiting for me to take it! Nothing in my spam folder either.

Kim log back into your account and the survey link will still be up, click on it and it will either let you take the survey or say you already have.

It's still on my page, so I resubmitted. I'm looking again and it's still there! Anyone else having this problem?

I clicked on it again after what Vem said. It told me I've already done it. It still shows up though.
 
The survey link will stay up on your page I think until they have enough, but if you click on the link it should now say you have already taken the survey.

Edit= Did anyone notice points added to your account? Looks like I have about 400 more than I did have :)

No one has used the points yet I think it will be like AllureExperts and they will send us a beauty product at least I am hoping thats the case! LOL

i got the same thing. hope it went through. said something about text...but also thanked my for my submission. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
 
I've got 3500 points collected so far....my survey finally went thru!
