Try this phone number: (800) 745-9955. I may have used this one, but it's so long ago, I can't remember. Saw this number on another site. It was automated.
 
That would be a neat lil gift considering. i have been using the mirena for about 2 yrs now, Its a great product

I was able to get threw and was told spa kit is on the way... even though I do not need birth control lol (16+yrs now) still sounds like a great freebie....
 
Yes, what I think happened is that the old number doesn't go anywhere now--and only the new number is actively accepting requests. That's just my guess, but all who did not receive should at least try the new number. It seemed to work for me.

I called in for this offer (old number) on May 16th. They said I'd receive my Spa Kit in 6-8 weeks. I'm still waiting for it.

My recollection is that it didn't take me a long time to go thru the process. I don't even remember answering a lot of questions in fact. My best advice is to try it, and then decide if it's taking too long. The kit is really cute, tho.

Don't say that! We all learn by asking questions, and there is no such thing as a stupid question if it helps you understand something. Besides, I'm one of the most computer-illiterate people on this board probably! So we all have our strengths and weaknesses! ;) ;)

Now...I just hope this works for everyone because their volume of calls has probably gone up again!
