I got the authorization e-mail but when I click the link it just returns me to the screen where I enter my e-mail address and when I re-enter it, it tells me that I've already requested a sample and an e-mail has been sent...

How do I get out of this loop??

Doesn't work for me

I receive the email with the code but if I click on the url referenced, it again only requests my email address. If I put in the email address, it rejects it saying a request has already been made for that address. ?????? No place to insert the code appears.

Try clicking on the link in your e-mail again. I tried the link when I got the authorization e-mail and it did not work. I tried it again just a few minutes ago and a list of questions showed up. I answered a few questions and got the following message.

I got the e-mail...clicked on the link in the e-mail....it put my e-mail address and code in for me...I just clicked submit....it then took me to a bunch of questions...I answered those and then filled in my address....and got

I did, but it wasn't until the 3rd time I sent for it. So I guess you could say it took almost 2 years to reach me. That's some mighty slow mail. :teeth:
