I think hubby and I are in for free Sandwiches! At least I hope so (lol)

As for the picture, you could create a cow mascot too, I don't think you *have* to upload your own picture.

I think that's what I did, but in the Rules it doesn't seem to allow for that alternative. Weird. At the end, I did get a confirmation saying I would get the sandwich, but I'm still not 100% confident. This site wasn't working for me, either--it was just not loading right.

Update: OK--I went back and signed up my friend using the mascot thing, and it did say she'd get a coupon in the mail, so I guess you don't need a photo. But what else is supposed to be done? Is there a daily entry or something? I can't figure out anything else, i.e., free sandwich, and by signing up, you are entered for a daily drawing. Am I done now?

Pat you can either upload your personal
picture or use their mascot. I used their
mascots & am getting the free sandwich in
the mail.:teeth:
 
interesting....went to sign someone up, and now it says if you are putting up a picture (other than a mascot), it can't be of a pet. Well, didn't see this "rule" the other day. My initial entries were a skeleton and my cat. Says I still have a sandwich on the way. It's very entertaining to see gr8nrg's old avatar bobbing up and down amongst the bovines with a coke "in hand." :pound:

not a photo pat, a cartoon character face that you build via the software/game on 3-4 pages that ends up in the "wave" on the opening page of the site. wasn't too bad. sent 1 to my stepson and 1 to his wife

Yeah, I did all that, but when I read the official rules, it said you needed to upload a photo with no mention of building a mascot. That's when I became concerned I hadn't done it all to their standards. I have gone back and done it for DH and a friend with no problems, except that it just won't load in AOL. Gonna ask my husband about our flash settings for IE & AOL. Well, just now it did load in IE, but still not in my AOL. Thanks, tutz!

People still use AOL? Use Firefox. Way better than IE.

Well, I'm most comfortable w/AOL (the only one I used up until this year), but I use IE for the Allure entries now--seems the pages load faster and entries go thru faster. I've tried setting up tabs in FF, but they always get screwed up. I know I'm probably not doing something right. What I need is someone to come to my house and instruct me in real time! I have discovered that if something doesn't work in AOL, I just c/p into IE or FF to see if I can get it to work there. I know I still have so much to learn.
 
got the email other day to tell me that my coupon is in the mail! Yeah free food!!!
 
It said I was confirmed and that my chicken coupon was on the way. Does that mean I was one of the first 250,000? About time I make it in.
