Wow, that took long! I received mine long ago, and Im from Singapore!
 
I didnt had to take long survey cause I've been a bzzagent for 1 year been invited too many BzzCampaigns i was invite to bzz Hershey's Take 5® candy bars on my bzzagent homepage for all BzzCampaigns its kewl they mail us free products to test and free cellphone and the company pays for the service.... So far i have received from bzz is Folgers Simply Smooth, Katrina kit, Royal Velvet towels, Soul package, just give you an ideal then you need report this and they give you points and then you trade them into bigger rewards. heehe.....Love U fansfreebies

I got my 20 bars and shared with neighbors and friends.....ate a few myself and they are quite good. There was a followup survey, but it was easy.
 
I got my candy and now I'm in love. I didn't want to share.
 
I got my candy on the hottest week...They were a melted mess!!! Melted all into the package...I refrigerated them but I do not want to pass them out to friends like this...Maybe the trash:(
 
I signed up myself for this, never got anything. But, I signed up my daughter a week ago, and, hers came in today! Go figure! Thanks for the post anyway, forgot to say that before.
 
i never got anything either

filled out the forms - got a booklet in the mail.
but nothing else.

I didn't notice that it had said "(expired)" and after I signed up, I got a page congratulating me on being chosen to do the Take 5 bzz blast. But it didn't show up in my profile or my email.:hmm:
 
i got mine yesterday too and they to were melted but the kids loved them after we froze them a little.
thanks the kids gave them to some of their friends and now they all love them.
 
I got mine today, but they sat in the mailbox yesterday. Yep, just like some of you, they were melted. I put them in the refridgerator and they should be good to go.

I just signed up my hubby for this. Hopefully he gets his! I sort of kinda been eating all my daughter's!

Bzzagent is changing their format and reward systems. If you log in you will read a message regarding "pests".
 
I recieved my box of Take 5 bars today. Wow I wish I had known about this candy before now. It's a good candy bar.
 
I got mine last week and about 10 days after signing up. They're changing the format on who gets in and who gets what.
