How were you able to get 4 orders of coffeemate for free? Did you have to use 3 other people's CC's to place the order? I had ordered one for myself, but then I called staples to order one for my brothers house, and they said I couldn't get it for free if I used my CC a 2nd time. I didn't try to go back and place the 2nd order online for my brother with my CC because I was afraid staples would turn around and charge my CC. So was the rep I spoke with wrong about me being able to place another order with my CC for a different person @ a different address. Tho on staples, the form wants my CC billing address, not the address of the person I'm buying it for.:confused:
 
this this last night on the website then i did it again using same account and same credit card got order number .i never did get confirmation email but called staples and both my boxes are already there .she said i just need to show id and pick them up awesome thanks :)

Thanks for the info! So the rep I spoke with was totally wrong.
 
They said they are still out of stock so call back sometime next week!

People have to keep checking the Staples site because the coffeemate could be back in stock at ANY time. If someone told you to check back next week, don't listen to them.

I placed four online orders with four different family member names (including my own), I used the same credit card for all but different email addresses and used my name as the pickup person for all four orders without issue.

Thanks for the info! I'll try again if the coffeemate gets restocked. I've learned to not take what customer service reps say as the final word.
