Geez, is it really a big deal? Maybe Moderator can modify the entry to say free plus shipping and handling? I guess I assume a free sample will be shipped for free, but being able to get a free purchase would almost always require that I pay shipping and handling, wouldn't you think?

Ellie, have you made one of these books yet? They are sooo nice and make great keepsakes or grandparent gifts. Their cards are also very high quality. Enjoy!!

shutterfly runs free shipping promos all the time. I usually make my free books and leave them until I get a free shipping code. I did this with two items last month. You just have to log in every couple of days and check "my special offers." Sometimes it is free shipping with a certain amount purchased but they also run free shipping on your entire order which is the one I wait for and use.
