Free 50 Points on Your Subway Rewards Card

Yea, here in North Jersey they do make use of the points system quite often and heavily, but this promotion isn't working here.
 
"Thanks for joining Subway Mobile Rewards. We just credited 50 pts on your card!"
 
As far as I know, they are not doing it anymore.
 
Maybe they work in North Idaho. To my knowledge, the only Southern Idaho Subway that uses points is in Cascade.
 
I Purchased A Foot Long Sub Today And Was Told I Can Receive 50 Free Points I Went On Line And Cannot Figure Out What I Am Doing Wrong I Gave My Card # And My Cell # And Why Do They Need All Of This Information In The First Place I Hardly Ever Use My Cell I Have A Home #.
