got mine the other day, trying to get my son to quit smoking, that's what i don't like about the navy it turned him into a smoker, boo hoo. hopefully this works? keeping my fingers crossed.
 
I have a friend who is turning 40 and has committed to quitting smoking on his 40th birthday.

Mine came on 10/15, and I was ready the package, "take 9 lozenges a day"

I just wanted them for the in-between times I couldn't smoke and I had the cravings. :verysad:
 
The nine a day are for if you are seriously trying to quit cold turkey...I have been carrying nicotine gum around for a long time for when am somwhere that I cant smoke...I am assuming the lozenges work the same way...the gum said the same thing and thats not how I used them...I have been seriously trying to quit and with the help of the gum I am down to about 4 a day....well I guess if I was THAT serious I wouldnt even smoke the 4, huh? oh well...
