Anyone else try these..I don't think they do that much. I still wake up a million times a night and they don't make me fall asleep any quicker than an 800mg advil. I took 2 so far. I'll try again tonight.
 
They work for me. Not so much to make me fall asleep but helps me to maintain a deep sleep. Good luck to you Cybermom.
