my wife called me at work just now and said i got a big box from DHL, so it might be the coffee maker, i will let u know tonight

I signed up once, heard nothing, signed up again (different email), and got the register you address email earlier this week. It said 2-4 weeks, so we'll see! Thanks to the original poster, and everyone else letting us know whats going on. I'm not sure how often I'll use this, since I drink Pots of coffee, not cups, but I figure it'll come in handy when the inlaws come over. I can have my pot of regular, AND they can heve their cups of decaf!

Did anyone get follow up "how do you like our product survey" emails, or anything else like that yet?

For those of you that are afraid of the high prices on the pods, you can buy the special reusable pods that you put your own coffee grinds into. They have one called "EcoPod" on www.amazon.com but many reviews say it's "cheaply made." They also reported the coffee as weaker because the coffee grinds are not made to be brewed in seconds. But I think this can be solved by wetting the pod first and put slightly more coffee grinds. Putting too much will create a vacuum in the machine then you're gonna have wait for 24 hours for the pressure to drop before you can open the lid. I'll buy this after i run out of pods, then I'll report on it first hand.

You can also buy 3rd party single use pods, make sure they're < 10oz pods because ppl have trouble with anything bigger than a 10oz.

Be sure to flush the machine before using, and most people flush it before using it each day to get the water hotter (?).

Thanks for the best freebie ever, this made my day when I came home to a big present...felt like Christmas already :)
I was about to dance but remembered that I couldn't and didn't know how :(

still waiting on my coffee maker as well :)
a big congrats to the ones who have already received their senseo :bigok:
