For those that ordered the Senseo Coffee system for fifteen dollars on the s/h, check your cc, SARA LEE just posted the charge to mine yesterday. We just may get them by Christmas!
 
just an idea
perhaps everyone should email senseo about what a great machine they have produced and what a shame they have made no provision for the customer's personal taste in coffee and etc like the keurig machine does with the filter cup, what a shame to lose so many customers because you got so greedy with coffee choice

was looking at the melitta pod makers on amazon $20. +, ecopods $5. + and the shipping is more expensive than the product and found the presto at walmart but they don't carry the paper filters when you run out and would like to find out if the pod makers make a better cup of coffee than my coffee filter wrap
 
Probably just a matter of personal taste and choice with the pots vs. pods. I personally hate instant coffee, decaf, and, like my perk coffee maker. But received a free Senseo and used it as a Christmas gift, and, just ordered the Senseo for my Mom! Again, folks use what works for them I think. :) :wave:
 
I got this machine for free and it was terrific for a few weeks. After that it started burning the coffee and making it too watery. I have no idea what happened and I loved using it, but now that it's broken I've reverted back to my old machine.

I doubt I can get a new one since this one was free.
 
I ordered the ECOPADS on ebay, It looks pretty cool. I havent used it yet but i'm sure it will work fine. A lot easier than "making" your own with the filters and stuff..
Again, Go to ebay and look for "ECOPADS" with an "A", not ECOPODS..

This can be caused by two things. One is pressure being built up. The other one is a clogged podholder. Read the manual and it tells you what to do if this happens. It's easy to correct.

I just got off the phone with the SENSEO customer service folks. I got yet ANOTHER note from SENSEO (same email addi) asking me why I had not signed up for the offer?!?!? Shucks, I signed up on Thursday the 14th! Anyway, the Customer Service Rep couldn't help me, but, had me forward the three correspondences I had over to him to send to some other Rep. Hopefully they will get back to me and let me know what is going on. Could be glich in their computer system hasn't caught up on sending out notes. But we will see.

And, by the way, they have just released three new coffee flavors this month according to the Customer Rep, and, they sound more full bodied! Yeah for strong coffee! :wave:

Precisely Bluesky! I was wondering why, since I had signed up, why I received yet another email asking why I had not signed up! Phew, confusing, thus I called Senseo customer service to see what is going on. Was told I may not hear until after Christmas.....:(
 
I got my email today. The same S&H deal folks have been posting about recently. We'll see what happens.

QUESTION!!! DID anyone REGISTER THEIR SENESO OVER THE WEBSITE?? I did and it said that they would mail me some coupons as well as 2 free bags of Coffee Pods... DID ANYONE DO THIS AND GOT THEIR FREE PODS?

I DID THIS IN MID SEPTEMBER.

I just emailed them, because I did NOT receive the confirmation email on one. But of course I got the Don't Forget! email....They got my 15.00, just want to make sure they got my address too! :convinced:

Try calling the toll free number at 1-800-473-6736 and then tell them you signed up for the fifteen dollar promotion, but, have not received a confirmation. They can either check it out, or request the emails you received to be forwarded over to their customer service reps! That is the only way I found out that at least I was "in the system." Good luck Muff! :wave:
