Poor Customer Service

Personally I refuse to buy any product with the Pennzoil brand. Remember the product they made that was designed to take the place of gasoline if you ever ran out of gas? It was junk, and it did not work. When I conveyed my experience to people at their call center, their treatment of the matter was unacceptable. My perception of Pennzoil is an arrogant, dominant company.

Do you also refuse to receive any product with the Pennzoil brand for free? Not me.

If they are a dominant company its probably because they have very good products on the whole. I dont have any real experience with Pennzoil aside from their coolant/antifreeze though, so I really wouldnt know.
 
my kit came today 8--10 dollar mail in rebate checks a hat and a stressball...you have to buy a case of oil or oil change and mail in the card with your reciept before you get one free...thanks for the post
 
I got the kit today. The "adaptive molecule" stressball feels strange! haha
 
I just got my package. Free ball cap, which is going to a bald friend. Four $10 rebates off an oil purchase from a store. Four $10 rebates off oil change. A $60 rebate off oil change or oil case. Basically about $140 of free oil plus the ball cap. One of the best spoofee deals ever.
