(Expired) Oprah Tote Bag 2009 ~ Starts April 8, 2009

I saw that on there & also wrote that maybe all totes were
mailed to another country or countries. I smell a BIG rat on this
one as no on the internet got one or no one has recd the winner's
list. Now what does that tell you?? I think she didnt have this contest
at all. I am going to request another winner's list just to see what
names are on there & will let you all know when I get it unless
someone else gets it before I do. Hope I get the list this time.

my comments are still there on her o magazine facebook page, you have to click on "just fans" to see them.

its bs. so you are to telling me that there are 50,000 members on this board and other board, lets say 1000 or more are active members and not one has won ONE!! come on. its a conspiracy
 
I sent for the winner's list, have not gotten it as yet. I know you would think with all of us combined we would know one person. Will post if I get it.

I just sent a note to them:

I have become somewhat disillusioned with O Magazine since I feel they are not being upfront about a sweepstakes conducted earlier this year. Supposedly, 4,000 tote bags were distributed in July. However, no one who has requested a winners list has received it--and many people who frequent numerous message boards have no members who have won this. That's just not possible. I only go to one or two sites on a reg. basis, and no one on either site I frequent has gotten this. Again, not plausible. And why the secrecy? Why can't the winners list just be posted online for people to check? I did win this two years ago, and some people did report getting this last year, but for 2009, I just don't believe this was fulfilled as promised. Want to prove me wrong? You can attach the winners list to an e-mail back to me so I can check for my name and share it with my friends!

Maybe we should just keep bombarding Oprah's facebook and twitter page until they finally get someone to look into this. I wouldn't be surprised if someone who worked there gave those totes to themselves, family and friends!

okay, i'm about ready to contact the BBB, i need info about the advertisement on the O magazine. like when was the spring totes published in the magazine and any other info that would help me in writing the complaint to BBB.
