Go to the UPS site. Click on "track." On the next page, go down to where it says "track by reference" and click on that. Then put in "OPRAH" in the reference box. Then put in US and your zip. See if that works. If you want me to do it for you, PM me your zip.

Just call the 1-800 # get a person, give them the tracking #. The lady I talked to gave me all 3 names.
