I already received my mail today--and at least I did get two other goodies--the t-shirt (Cheese/Burgers) and the mascara (June Allure). It always seems to be the stuff you are REALLY waiting for which doesn't show up. Thanks for checking on the thread--I'll go look myself now.
Yes, I see what you mean about the time. I vaguely remember that I had no idea how to answer one of the questions, tho. Maybe I DQ'd myself! But, that doesn't make sense since they did give me a confirmation. Oh, well. You can't win them all.
I had an e-mail from Biore--and I'm trying this other way to get this product: Become a fan on Face Book and enter to win (5 winners a day until 8/24). I think I did it right. So, look for Biore e-mails in case you want to enter. (I know that as a sep. thread this would go in sweeps, but it's the same product, so I'm just giving you a heads up.)

I followed up on this directly with Kao Brands, and even though they said they are not responsible for survey monkey not sending out the item, they would mail me a coupon which would enable me to select an item of my choice. Today, I got a coupon for a free item to $14.99 value. Not bad for a quick e-mail. Very pleased with their response. I'm on the warpath again, following up on a lot of missing things now that my temporary census job is over.
