I guess i'm the only one who was a bit disappointed. Not that it isn't nice for the price, but they cropped the fool out of my picture. It was my husband holding my daughter at the beach. I shot it landscape to get more of the ocean in the background. They cropped it into portrait, zoomed in, and lost a lot of the scenery. That was part of what I thought really made the picture great.
I debated calling about it, but since I only paid $15 for it, I don't feel right complaining.

I would call on it. The price isn't the issue. The only way they are going to know if you are disappointed is if you tell them. This is how businesses improve on their work. Just let them know you were disappointed with the cropping because it wasn't what you had in mind. Don't think of it as complaining, think of it as feedback.
you should definitely call them and tell them. My friend used the coupon to save money on the 11x14 (i think) with a frame and when she received it there was a chip in the frame. When she called the company, they told her to just take a picture of the chip and they would send out another frame right away. Less than a week later she received a new frame but they sent her an 8x10 instead. So she called them back again and they said that they would send her an new canvas and frame! They really want to satisfy their customers and they try their best to do so.
