I received the vanilla in a ziplock back with the spiz sample seal on it. It smells very good, but I am a little afraid to try it. Joyce and others, did you just throw yours away or were you brave enough to try it? It says its 500 calories, but no mixing instructions. I guess it can be mixed with water or milk. Idk.
