I retype my last name where it says Company Name. (The job title doesn't show up on the label.)

Really? When the confirmation page showed up, it had my name, my "company" name, my street, city, state, etc. I figured that's what the label would be but if not, cool! :teeth:

I got it to work using Industry:
Retail
Clothing/shoes/Fabric

Job Function:
Advertising/Mktg/Sales
Sales
Consultant
------------------------ then submit...
For me, the magazine box is grayed out but checked (you should also see it selected in the bottom left). If you then proceed to the next page, it'll show up on the left side as your selected magazine & you can enter you mailing address.

it shows the elle magazine and others. it wont let me continue without checking a magazine. all the others i can choose, but not elle. weird..

I'm so amazed -- This actually came (At least I assume it was from this)!! Got my first issue today & my friend also got 2 issues already. WOOT!
 
I used this profile but it still didn't go thru. I don't know if maybe it is too late. Please help.
