(Expired) Free Steak Dinner at Outback Steakhouse Today

I guess there is a limit per location, because I just got mine, as well as two others for a Wayne, NJ location with no problem. I had forgotten all about it and was out at 9 PM anyway. Guess I was lucky--and "Guest": it did say "Minutes" on the She Speaks site--not "Miles." I thought that was weird and I even double-checked that before I posted. I was wrong once back in the 80's.....

website crashed on me like 10 times and every time i picked a new location...the steaks would be sold out there.

tried again today and still get the one per household comment...no matter how I try to alter the address. I see a lot of posts about people getting the same error. :mmph:

I got the same error the very first time I entered. I just contacted them through the Contact Us at the bottom of the page where you enter your zip code.
 
I tried several different ways to type in my address, but each time said "Sorry, one per household". Then, about an hour before I went to bed I tried it in my son's name with our house # backward and it went through! Holy moly, now if the usps will confirm our house # i'll be happy (and a bit surprised...:lol:)
 
There has to be something wrong with the link. I tried my home address and then my mom's address and got the same error message. I saw the link this morning and I know no one in my immediate family would have known about this.
 
I was one of the one per household mate victims as seen below. I sent them a email last night and bam today they sent me a email back that said no worries mate your free steak is on the way. Good recovery outback! Must have been a glitch in their system.

wish I had done that before it expired. they weren't commenting on all of the problems, so I just assumed they were igonoring the issue.

Did it come in your son's name? I also got "Sorry, one per household", no matter how I tried to enter my address in. I'm hoping I'll still get it anyway.
 
I got mine and my son's but had it sent to my neighbor's house as I also own that property. This way my son and his date can go!: )
 
No, it was in my own name. I gave up on my own name because it kept telling me only one per person when I hadn't even tried for it yet. I guess it had gone through afterall, but never let me know. So hopefully, those who also got that messed up message on their first try will get one anyway!!
The real treat will be to see if one shows up in his name also, that was the only one that I tried that actually said they would verify addy & then mail out if it was legit (or something to that effect):thinking:

Got mine today, as well. I put one in for my bf and sent it to his mother's house, but so far nothing for him, yet. I was rather disappointed that it's only one per table per visit. Hoping we can negotiate with them, because I'm not beneath taking up two tables for both of us just so we can use them. :P He says we can just go twice, but I'm stubborn!

Just had an email saying our voucher is on the way and should be with us in 7-10 days. So glad we managed to get one. It is only fair to use one coupon per visit as they can't just give away free meals. It was nice of them to give them away in the first place. I just wish people had been nice and just got one each so more people could have gotten them.

Oh, I never said it wasn't nice, just kind of wish it said that up front when you ordered it. Whether 4 people go together or alone, they will still only be giving away the same amount of meals they knew they were giving away when they announced the deal. :)
 
Exactly. It's the same amount of meals they are giving away...it's not like someone is taking something from them if they go at the same time or seperate...
