Yes u need the code that came in the email, looks like each one was one of a kind. If u order online for delivery u pay for it. You can order online to pickup w/no delivery charge.

My hubby loved his, though he said he didn't think the chocolate covered pineapple would be something he would get again.

i finally picked up mine today.... the last date of the coupon
I got the same assortment as Yvettedem, ... awesome freebie... the milk chocolate covered strawberries are huge, love the milk chocolate dipped pineapple flowers and the dark chocolate drenched granny smith apple slices.
beautiful presentation in a box with a ribbon. They were not stingy! Think i will go back for apple slices for my Christmas party.
