I answer all the questions and it still says use the back button to answer all the questions. Any ideas?

I had the same problem. The reason why, is because where you have to fill in your answers 1-8, each one of them need to be a different number. They can not be the same.
 
Thanks! It didn't work for me until I made sure I didn't use a number more than once. Thanks for the heads up!!
