Expired or, at least no discernable pulse! But amazing goop is reaaly that! I fixed a leak uner the kitchen sink with it easily. There was PVC plumbing under the sink and it dripped slowly and annoyingly. Tried the purple stuff but it didn't work so I got up one morning and wiped Plumbers Goop( it comes in a variety of different "flavors") on the suspected leak sites and let it dry for an hour and WOW!!! still no leaks after a year!! Love it!
