They told me that the kits were gone, too! I think you all should receive the same thing I did, it was their mistake and I think they are trying to make it right after receiving so many complaints. :)
 
Well I just got the mail and spoke too soon! (AS USUAL NOTHING NEW FOR ME)...I too got the entire kit! Glad we called!
 
Today I got only the moisturizer with an attached lip balm. That is still great though! :claps:
 
I got a 2 oz. Daily Moisturizer (in a box w/UPC--so don't consider that a sample) and a two-pack of Soft Lips (bonus pack) Vanilla SPF 20 today. Guess it was worth the call! Thanks so much.
 
I completed the survey and thought I would receive the package of 3 products. Do you think I should call now or wait a bit longer?

I would call pretty soon before they even forget about the survey. Maybe after Monday's mail, just to be sure you don't receive the kit.
 
I did receive the moisturizer with the lip balm today too!!

Those who entered and expect the 3-step kit, I see on other boards that they are being shipped. I checked on my zip, and it looks like mine is coming! Here's the info to check on possible shipments:
